Most of us appear to be feeling like life is somewhat out of balance right now, in one way or another. As a result, this newcomer to the 'podcast block' couldn't be better timed!


According to host, Wendy McCallum, the "Bite-Sized Balance is a podcast where everyday extraordinary women share their experience, expertise, and wisdom with other women - all in the name of lifting each other up and creating a better life balance.


Topics vary, but each episode aims to focus on one area of personal wellness and balance. Wendy McCallum, the host of Bite-Sized Balance, is a Certified Burnout & Balance Coach and Wellness Expert. Wendy has spent over 10 years helping busy high-achievers create more balanced, joyful lives. As an experienced coach (and ex-lawyer!), she speaks with honesty & empathy.


No stranger to burnout, she's been where many of her clients find themselves. Wendy has a background in nutrition & wellness (NNCP, RHN), life coach training through CTI and a sub-specialty in alcohol-free life coaching (as a Certified Naked Mind Coach).


She helps busy people reduce stress, prevent burnout, and replace unhealthy coping mechanisms (like food, alcohol & social media) with healthier habits." But we know for a fact she remains a coffee fan!
