The Red Deer Stampede 2020 Was A Bit Smaller.....But Still Good!

Unfortunately with all the Covid goings on, we all missed out on some great Canadian events and traditions. There is no event as missed or as Canadian, than The Calgary Stampede! Well thanks to one rogue bovine in Red Deer, Alberta, we got a scaled down version to tide us over until next years grand Calgary event.

Behold in all it's splendor!

After a 90 minute the RCMP wrangled up the slippery livestock and transported the heifer to a safe location to await being i.d.'ed and returned to her rightful owner.

Ok...Ok. It was a little plain, but it's only the first year and improvised. There is room for improvement... perhaps 2 or gasp!....3 cows!
